FORTRUST Hosts ITIL Lunch and Learn
Local IT professionals recently attended a Lunch and Learn at FORTRUST to learn more about the information technology infrastructure library (ITIL), which is quickly becoming one of the most popular process frameworks in America for running IT. Consonus Technologies sponsored the event and delivered a presentation to inform attendees how their organizations can reduce costs, lower the risk of business disruption, and support growth and flexibility. In a recent study conducted by Aperture Research Institute (API), it was found that 49 percent of the organizations surveyed lacked standard processes such as ITIL.
